ACT OUT
edition of the
Excuse Me, I’m Sorry!
If you haven't heard or caught one of the incredible performances of Excuse Me, I'm Sorry!-also known as The I'm Sorry Monologues-then get ready. What began as a class for women to reclaim their "I'm Sorrys" evolved into a workshop, two staged performances in NYC, and a live stream that reached audiences across the country.
This transformative writing workshop, guided by relaxation exercises, meditation, and open conversations, leads women to discover an apology they've been holding onto or a moment they backed down-and are now ready to reclaim. These pivotal moments have kept them small, silent, or disconnected from their truest selves.
As women, we are constantly told we are either too much or not enough-too loud, too emotional, too ambitious, not young enough, not agreeable enough, not grateful enough. These workshops help you take it all back. And every woman who has participated, whether in the workshops or on stage, has said the same thing: Life-changing.
The workshop is back, but this time with an important twist.
We are here to create-not just for ourselves, but to stand in the legacy of those who came before us. The great art that still moves us today was born in times of unrest, through voices that refused to stay silent. This is the time to take your words, your truth, your anger, your pain, and turn them into action.
Come join me in telling the stories that need to be told. My goal is to gather as many of these stories as possible and share them-on stage, in a live stream, and across social media. Because these aren't just monologues; this is future history.

This is not only art meeting activism, it’s a place for you to come and scream, yell, share, release, be seen and understood. It’s only through darkness that we have a huge opportunity to learn, grow and emerge in the light stronger and more awake than before. No better place to do that but in a safe community.
Please Note:
This is a deeply personal and emotionally moving class. To honor and maintain the safety of this
space for all participants:
- No outside sharing of what happens in class-on social media or elsewhere.
- No offering advice unless specifically asked.
- You must be present for the entire class, in a quiet, uninterrupted space. If you cannot commit to
this, please wait for a future session.
This work is powerful, transformative, and necessary. I hope you'll join me.
