We called ourselves the secret 7. No one knew why. Something felt magical, mischievous, almost secretive about the first Paris Remembering- I figured out why we felt that way- it was FREEDOM! Freedom from the lives we are living- or- sleepwalking through at the moment. Well, you’re in luck... the next REMEMBERING is here - 

It’s SPRING AWAKENING this April in Paris!! 

Honestly, I don’t have words for how deeply this first excursion touched me. My heart, mind, and soul were cracked wide open. Yes, Paris is a breathtaking city, steeped in art, and beauty, with a deep respect for culture, but the true magic came from the incredible women who embarked on this journey together. We explored, laughed, witnessed incredible art, and shared conversation around exquisite food - but most importantly, we powered down our phones, shed our “should-bes”, and stepped into something we hadn’t in a while- ourselves. Simply ourselves. Some women even entrusted me with guiding them through this experience, the city, and Europe for the very FIRST time! I do NOT take that honor lightly. To know I had a part in showing you how big the world is and that YOU are deserving of IT ALL means so so very much to me!! 

For all of us, this experience was also deeply necessary—it was a harsh reminder of just how much we don’t believe certain joys, and experiences are for us anymore- or ever were. I’m here to remind you that they are. We give away so much of ourselves as women and are left with the crumbs. It’s these kinds of communities that awaken you to just how vital this kind of connection is- with other women, but mostly with YOURSELF! As one of the women asked herself aloud in our first class- almost feeling foolish by asking this, “What am I searching for so badly that I had to come all the way to Paris?” 

My answer? EVERYTHING!!  

SPRING AWAKENING will take place in Paris again but this time - in the spring! We will become part of the culture by doing as the Parisians do- enjoy their parks, cultural locations, and outside cafes. You will not see people on their phones in these places.  Rather, chatting, reading books, or just- sitting. Sitting amongst some of the most renowned monuments, sculptures, gardens, and famous fountains.  Another Parisian pastime, my favorite, is endlessly strolling through fresh food markets, antique markets, and street vendors. I for one LOVE a great market- and I have addresses for them all! Then, of course, there are the classes designed to use our surroundings for you to go deeper with your words, your creativity, and awaken YOU!  

Think about it and answer honestly- when was the last time you really noticed the day? Or took in the color of the sky? When was the last time you had a moment just for yourself—no responsibilities, no expectations—just time to feel your joy? And if you had that moment, would you even know what you truly wanted to do with it? It’s easy to forget yourself, your dreams, and your own needs. The system is set up that way.
