JENNIFER ESPOSITO

Native New Yorker and a steadfast believer that you MUST create your own way as an artist. Jennifer’s most recent work proves just that. Her film, FRESH KILLS, in which she wrote, directed, produced and co-stars is not only critically acclaimed but beloved by audiences. The film, which Esposito also mostly self-funded, has garnered many awards around the festival circuit, including the Audience Choice award at HIFF, a NYWIFT Excellence in Directing, and The San Diego Artistic Award for Best Film. Her acting career has spanned over 25 years, appearing in over 60 film and television productions, including the Academy Award Winning Film, CRASH, and her breakout role in Spike Lee’s, SUMMER OF SAM. Jennifer is a Screen Actors Guild, Critics Choice, and Hollywood Foreign Press award recipient. Esposito is also a NYTimes best-selling author of, JENNIFER’S WAY, her struggle with celiac disease. After years of being frustrated with the Hollywood system and who gets to make what and with whom, Jennifer created, A Rebellious Act Project, to help push ALL stories, from different voices forward.  She believes deeply in the healing element that only art can provide not only to ourselves but also to our neighbors and our world. 

Jennifer has taught throughout her career at, Lee Strasberg School in NYC, and the Bilingual Acting School in Paris and now has her own acting and writing programs called the ARAP- A Community for Actors, Writers, Creatives.
